5 killed after speeding driver runs red light

It is with great sadness that we report that at least five people were killed in a horrific car crash at a gas station on South La Brea and West Adams in Los Angeles. The driver of the speeding car that ran the red light has been identified as 23-year-old Jose Luis Lopez of Gardena. Lopez was reportedly driving at a high rate of speed when he ran the red light and collided with several other vehicles, causing a massive explosion.



Lopez and the four other people who were killed in the crash were all pronounced dead at the scene. Seven other people were injured in the crash, three of whom are in critical condition.

This is a tragic incident that has left many people dead or injured. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and their families.
