Actress Anne Heche is in stable condition after her car crashed into a Los Angeles home on Friday, according to her representative.
The accident occurred around 11:30 a.m. when Heche’s car veered off the road and hit a parked car, which then hit a home in the Studio City neighborhood, the Los Angeles Police Department said.
No one was injured in the accident, but Heche was taken to a local hospital for evaluation, her representative said.
“Anne is in stable condition and she and her family are grateful for the outpouring of support they have received,” the representative said in a statement.
Heche, 48, is best known for her roles in the films “Donnie Brasco” and “Volcano.” She most recently appeared in the TV series “Have and the Have Nots.”
