The new Civic Type R is powered by a 2.0L turbocharged engine that produces 306 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque. That’s an increase of 26 hp and 8 lb-ft over the previous Type R. The new Type R also features a revised suspension setup and a new dual-clutch transmission.

On the inside, the new Civic Type R features a more sophisticated and upscale interior than the previous model. The materials are all top-notch, and the overall design is very attractive. The seats are extremely comfortable and offer great support, even during hard driving.
