Li has rated nine medical emergencies in movies and TV, from “Ambulance” to “Pulp Fiction.” Here’s how he rates them:

1. “Ambulance”

This 1990 film follows the lives of several paramedics in New York City. While it’s not the most realistic portrayal of a medical emergency, it’s a good film overall.

2. “Pulp Fiction”

This 1994 classic features a scene where John Travolta’s character, Vincent, is shot in the chest. While it’s not the most realistic portrayal of a gunshot wound, it’s a great scene nonetheless.

3. “ER”

This long-running TV show is one of the most realistic portrayals of medical emergencies on television. From car accidents to gunshot wounds, the show has covered it all.

4. “Grey’s Anatomy”

This popular TV show is another realistic portrayal of medical emergencies. While it’s not as realistic as “ER,” it’s still a good show.

5. “House”

This TV show is more about the mysteries of medicine than the emergency itself. However, the show has featured some pretty intense medical emergencies, such as a patient who was impaled by a piece of metal.

6. “Scrubs”

This TV show is a comedy, but it still features some realistic medical emergencies. One episode features a patient who has a heart attack while in surgery.

7. “Doomsday Preppers”

This reality TV show is more about preparing for medical emergencies than actually experiencing them. However, the show has featured some pretty intense emergencies, such as a man who was bitten by a rattlesnake.

8. “The Walking Dead”

This TV show is more about zombies than medical emergencies. However, there have been some pretty intense medical emergencies featured on the show, such as a man who was shot in the head.

9. “Breaking Bad”

This TV show is more about the drug trade than medical emergencies. However, there have been some pretty intense medical emergencies featured on the show, such as a man who was shot in the chest.
